Each quarter I like to take the management team out of the hotel for a full day meeting which focuses on their personal development and one of the key strategies for the hotel. I like to include an external facilitator to save them having to listen to me drone on. This month Scott Newby of NewbyCore Consulting Limited came along to do a session on personal brand and driving team performance. Was a really worthwhile session and the feedback was great so have decided Scott will do each of our quarterly events so we can really focus on making progress and tailor the sessions.
