Provides learners with the knowledge to identify suspected mental health conditions & the skills to start a conversation & signpost professional help, as part of the First Aid for Mental Health Action Plan. Includes practical exercises & how we can foster a positive mental health culture at work.

About the event
This is a two-day Mental Health First Aid Training course.
On completion of the two-day course, you will receive a recognised mental health first aid qualification - Level 3 Certification in Supervising First Aid for Mental Health. The certificate qualifies you as a Mental Health First Aider. Attendance on both days is required to receive this.
Refreshments will be provided throughout the day, and lunch is provided on both days. This is included in the cost of the course.
